Thursday, October 27, 2005 This was posted a little earlier and failed to sell on my E-Bay auction this past week...I'm going to offer here on the blog for a short time before I repost it on E-Bay. If anyone is interested please e-mail me. The price is $25.00 plus $2.50 for shipping anywhere in the States and Canada. The painting is an original 2.5" x 3.5" pastel and is unframed.
Wednesday, October 26, 2005 This was the look I use to get from my shop teacher...might explain why today I don't do many things with wood!! This is currently posted on my E-Bay auction.
Tuesday, October 25, 2005 Not for sure of what happened yesterday but I noticed I didn't get anything posted. This pastel is of a young colt that a friend of mine is raising....he settled down just long enough for a quick sketch!
Friday, October 21, 2005 This painting was done after a photo I had taken while in India. The painting is on Canson paper with NuPastels, Rembrandts and Great Americans.
Wednesday, October 18, 2005 This little guy was just recently painted and is availble in a 5" x 7" print for $7.50 plus shipping. If interested it's posted on my current E-Bay auction or you can write me at the e-mail address below. The print will be in an edition of 50. This is jump up in size from the mini's that I've been posting lately. The print will fit in a 8x10 frame with a pre-cut mat.
Friday, October 14, 2005 This was painted from the studio looking out my south window...sometimes in the fall and spring the owner will have his horses out in the pasture...and in the winter you will see kids on their large tubes going down the little slope. ( A lot bigger than what I have here....paper wasn't large to show it all, after all this is a mini!)
Thursday, October 13, 2005 One of my earlier pastels...Every summer during Frontier Days, Cheyenne has a number of Dancers that come and perform for the community. This was one of my earlier pastel painted on a pumice support with a watercolor foundation.
Monday, October 10, 2005 This portrait was done a warm LaCarte support with NuPastels, Terry Ludwigs and Rembrandts. Mini prints of "Jed" are available this week on my E-Bay Auction.
Wednesday, October 5, 2005 Love painting daises..hope to have the new postings tomorrow...spent most of the day trying to get hook up with the internet! This will probably be posted again on my E-Bay Auction very soon.
Tuesday, October 4, 2005 The model for this mini painting was from Westfest at Copper Mountain, Colorado. The painting is currently on my E-Bay Auction for one more week!
Tuesday, October 4, 2005 The new florals are not quite finished yet so here is one that was completed last year. It was a still life that was set up in the studio....probably need to start some work with the Ball jars.
Monday, October 3, 2005 I was searching throught my files for another painting and came across this one. This was painted a couple of years ago and purchased by Dr. Ted and Anna McCoy of Cheyenne...it is one of my favorites!
Sunday, October 2, 2005 Another mini rooster portrait...These have been fun but, I think it's time to get some florals and other portraits done....After that, I might start start some oinkers!
