Starting to block in the hair and shoulders...also used a warm gray to "erase" some of the background stuff I didn't care for. Also used some of the same gray to establish some of the lighter areas in the hair....getting close here!

Hi, just to let you know I like your work and I also like this stage of your pastels with a hint of the subjects dreadlocks the finished product is very good as well but as far as an impressionists painting you could leave it here as well, I too can go too far or too little when painting something so I understand as an artist when you mean you can go too far but both stages of your work are perfect I also like your toast and eggs.
